Win 3.1 - The file manager will display an incorrect date when a file is created on 1/1/2000 or later unless the WINFILE.EXE is version 3.10 (10/14/97) or later. The updated version of WINFILE.EXE can be downloaded from Microsoft.
Win 95 - The file manager will display an incorrect date when a file is created on 1/1/2000 or later unless the Winfile.exec is version 4ed.00.951 (3/11/97) or later. The update - W95filup.exe - the fix for this problem can be FTP from the Microsoft Software Library.
