TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to confirm the the Year 2000 is a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Computer Society of South Africa. The SIG Committee undertakes to abide by the Code of Conduct and Code of Practice of the Society.
The aims of SIGs are:
. To promote all aspects of Computing, knowledge, education and professionalism in a specified field of interest;
. To promote the use of computers;
. To advance knowledge and education in all aspects of computer usage;
. To provide for the good of the public at large and the protection of individuals.
A SIG Committee consists of not more than 12 SIG members who are elected at the SIG Annual General meeting.
