WHY NOT UPGRADE NOW?
Problems with most PC software will not appear until 1/1/2000 (exception: project schedulers and calendaring software). Other activities, such as migration to Windows NT or 95, will replace much of your software and will at the same time bring you into year 2000 compliance. PC products are evolving quickly. New products or upgraded versions of existing products may provide benefits worth waiting for.
WHY UPGRADE NOW?
There are other business drivers. That is, there are functions you need in the upgraded version. The software is integrated in a larger system that will be renovated and tested for year 2000 compliance.
