At the moment I use "Demand Based Scheduling".
This is a euphemism for "who shouts loudest, gets".
It is not an exact science. Recently I took Flak about a one line comment I made in a thread about DOS and UNIX where I said "Year2000.com will not work unless you use Dos". Which, in context, made sense.
This is what slays me. My simplest and most innocent statements cause a furore. My really over the top, wild, anarchistic stuff gets swallowed like Mothers Milk.
So this started a whole new thread about the Battle of the Boot and exactly which environments Year2000.com (from RighTime) will work in and which not.
Which furthers Human Knowledge and all that, but is a pain in the butt for me.
