Well Individuals or Groups should start their own test beds and contribute sightings, suggestions and solutions to Cinderella. We would consolidate and publish them. All Users in the World would read and implement them. And on D-Day there would be no problems.
Ideally a user should be able to download an evaluation tool and run a self-evaluation based on the realities of their own systems.
In a Utopian world such a tool should cover every program ever written and all combinations possible.
